Our History: Making IT Happen Since 2004
In 2004, Patrick Etheridge started “Telecom Efficient” to help SMBs get the support and fair pricing they deserved from tier 1 carriers.
“I remember our first customer – Colorado Mountain News Media,” recalled Etheridge. “They couldn’t get a response from their carrier and were being bullied with renewal terms. Having worked at that provider, I was able to quickly navigate to the right people, get resolution and negotiate better terms. 1,000+ customer and partner engagements later, I still get the same sense of pride every time we get the handshake after a job well done.”
Changing technology and customer requirements lead us to a rebrand as “TekEfficient” and strengthen our leadership team with the addition of Moses Castillo, Brian Richmeier and Lana Stone. We now represent 300+ technology providers across AI, cloud, network, software, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure and other solutions – including telecom. Our advisors support large enterprise customers as well as SMBs across a range of industries.
The TekEfficient sales partner program has grown as well. What started as a few select agents has grown to include VARs, MSPs and consultants from across the US.
