Job Description – Inside Sales Representative

Compensation: $19-20 / hour + commission. Part-time/flexible work schedule (UC-ISR 1), path to full-time with success

Overview: The Inside Sales Representative role is based in Denver, CO and is suitable for someone with little to no sales experience.

The position requires a pro-active approach, persistence, eagerness to learn and interest in business, technology sales & consulting. Importantly, you’ll have a positive, fun, open and collaborative personality to work with a well-established, inclusive and open team of people. The businesses has experienced double digit growth over the last ten years, with clients across the U.S. Further growth is expected with the continued change and rapid evolution in business technology services.

TekEfficient offers a broad portfolio of Cloud based Phones, Internet & IT related products & services for businesses small to large. We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to increase revenue from a prospect list of small businesses in the Denver Metro area and surrounding markets.

Role:

  • Working within a set vertical, you’ll achieve sales plans and goals by researching, contacting and creating relationships with new business prospects, nurturing a target lists and reaching out to small business primarily through phone calls and some email campaigns.
  • Conduct calls with business owners, office managers and or executive level contacts to understand their business challenges and offer technology solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Create records of calls and contacts within the companies CRM system to support metrics and monthly quotas.
  • Follow up on prospects, ensuring sales leads are qualified and overcoming objections to deliver a value proposition.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the technology, ensuring a complete knowledge of the value proposition through provided training.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supplier partners to bring opportunities through from initial contact, pitch and close, using each other’s best skills and abilities to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Willing to prospect by phone to hit performance targets and quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entry Level Microsoft Office skills and or G-Suite required (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Self-motivated personality to continually improve, keep going and with an ability to follow through.
  • Collaborative, supportive and eager to learn, you work well in team environments.
